Impatiens, SunPatiens Growing Instructions
Grow SunPatiens impatiens varieties in a sunny, partly shaded, or shaded spot with rich, well-drained soil. While they grow well in sun or shade, the plants typically produce more blooms in the sun. Water whenever the surface of the soil feels dry and fertilize with a little slow-release granular fertilizer at planting time. Like other members of the impatiens family, SunPatiens will not tolerate frost.
These quick-growing plants rarely need pruning, but you can pinch them back if they start to grow out of bounds.
SunPatiens impatiens are not recommended for human or animal consumption.

Double your flower show by pairing Marigold and Sunpatiens Impatiens together.
Annual Salvia and Sunpatiens Impatiens look terrific together.
Probably not --- SunPatiens are highly resistant to most diseases. First off, check the soil moisture. SunPatiens can grow in full sun but they do need a lot of water, especially in hot or windy situations. Check to see if your SunPatiens are still wilting in the evening after the sun goes down and temperatures cool; if the plants recover, you have nothing to worry about -- they're just having a hard time taking in as much water as they need. If the SunPatiens don't recover at night, make sure the soil is moist. If it dries out fast, a layer of mulch can help it hold moisture longer.
